To support Lululemon's evolving YouTube content strategy, we partnered with the brand to transform existing campaign assets into a concise, narrative-driven edit designed for digital audiences. Created specifically for the brand's YouTube platform, the project focused on delivering the campaign message through elevated pacing, emotional storytelling and platform-native structure.
We developed a post-production approach centred around retention-driven editing, dynamic pacing and motion-led design. By integrating custom motion graphics, refined transitions and YouTube-focused storytelling techniques, we delivered a polished short-form viewing experience that elevated the original assets while maintaining the brand's visual identity.
